As Empower FCU grows we seek new opportunities to more efficiently serve our members. As part of that adjustment for more effective member service and our commitment to an excellent member experience, we have decided to transition our tax preparation services to a new national tax preparation service, H&R Block.
If you have questions regarding your past tax preparation services or would like to begin utilizing this member benefit, please reach out to H&R Block at 844-422-1040 or head to their site.
Please note that the hours for the phone line are as follows
1/5 - 1/25
Monday: 10 AM-7 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM-8:30 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM-7 PM
Thursday: 10 AM-8:30 PM
Friday: 10 AM-7 PM
Saturday: 11 AM-4 PM
Sunday: 12 PM-6 PM
1/26 - 2/16
Monday: 10 AM-10 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM-10 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM-10 PM
Thursday: 10 AM-10 PM
Friday: 10 AM-10 PM
Saturday: 10 AM-6 PM
Sunday: 10 AM-6 PM
After 2/16, the hours revert back to those for the 1/5-1/25 timeframe.
